Outer Envelopes: $4.00
Outer/Inner Envelope Set: $5.25
Add .50 per envelope if the paper is dark/opaque or lined

Custom ink color: $25
Added for white, metallic, or any custom mixing

Center aligned addresses: $ .50 per envelope
There are no additional costs for left or staggered alignments.




Base Price: $125/page

Approx. 250 words per 11"x14" page. Standard paper options include white, black, or ivory. Standard ink options are black, white, gold, or brown. Luxe Handmade Paper is also available. Please inquire with any special requests for your unique piece. Pricing based on completed size

Upcharges added for:  Extra flourishing elements, custom ink or paper requests, etc.




Place Cards and Escort Cards: $2.00
$1 for additional names on the same card. 

Table Numbers: $10 -15

Menus: $100 base for design.
You will be provided with a high quality digital file to provide to your printer of choice.

Digital Spot Calligraphy:
Bride and Groom names for invitations  $100
Invitation components, up to five: $175+
Monogram: $75+

These includes two design revisions and a high quality digital file to provide to your designer/printer of choice.

Invitation Suite: $350 base
You will receive a high resolution digital file to provide to your printer of choice. 




On-Site Engraving Event:  $125/hr, 3hr minimum. 
On-Site Calligraphy Event: $100/hr, 3hr minimum

Special Engraving Commissions: 

  • Perfume Bottles: $25 flat rate, including up to 5 words and a color in-lay. $5/add'l word.
  • Wine/Liquor Bottles: $5 per word, $15 minimum.

Special rates apply for any bottle over $100 retail value or larger than 750ml.


A 50% deposit is required to confirm your place on the calendar. Final payment for your order must be paid prior to return shipping. List and stationery must be received before your assigned date otherwise you may be rescheduled or risk losing your place. A rush fee of 20% will be applied if list/stationery is late and a reschedule cannot be accommodated. I will use the most economical option for shipping your items back to you and will also provide a tracking number. Prices above do not include shipping costs.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.


All artwork, both proposed and completed, is the wholly owned copyright of Chantelle Hoffmann, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or displayed without prior written permission. Please contact me for information about purchasing the copyright to an original artwork. If you wish to use the design I have created and/or the images within it for another purpose or project other than the one(s) originally stipulated, you must contact me to arrange the transfer of rights and any additional fees before proceeding. I reserve the right to photograph or publish for promotional and marketing needs any work created for you.

How far in advance should we book calligraphy for our wedding? 
Play it safe, and touch base with us as soon as you know you’d like our involvement so we can block the appropriate time on our calendar.  Below is a general timeline to keep in mind for your wedding stationery:

  • It’s customary to mail your Save the Dates 5-10 months prior to the wedding date. Adjust this as necessary if you will have a destination wedding or many out of town guests.
  • Etiquette says, 6-8 weeks is best for mailing out your wedding invitations.
  • Our turn around time for envelope addressing is roughly one week per 100 envelopes, plus shipping.
  • Turn around time for Wedding vows is roughly 1-2 weeks.
  • A fully customized wedding suite can take several months to complete depending on complexity and number of drafts.

Where are you located?
I am based in Seattle, Washington and provide calligraphy services to anywhere a postage stamp can reach.  I often work with clients on both on the US East Coast and in London, and I am happy to meet via Skype if "in-person" meetings are preferred. If you are local to the Seattle area, I would welcome the opportunity to meet you!

 What about Shipping?
Shipping costs will be the client's responsibility.  I will send a confirmation as soon as I have received your items (envelopes, place cards, etc).  Once calligraphy is complete, I will send an invoice for the remaining balance of your order, including return shipping costs. Full payment is required before your completed order is shipped back to you.  I take great care in packaging all items to protect as much as possible against any damage that could occur during shipping. Unless rush shipping is requested, I will use the most economical option for shipping your items back to you and will provide a tracking number.   

How do I add someone to my guest list after I've already sent you my list?
If you need to add names or make changes to your address list after sending the original list, please email only the changes, not the entire list again.

 Do you partner with corporate events?
Absolutely. I have worked with corporate clients in the past to provide on-site calligraphy and engraving for special events as well as event calligraphy signage.
